- Our booking office is reachable every day via email, 24 hours a day. For phone or WhatsApp help, our staff are available from 2 PM to 2 AM daily. If you have any questions about your reservation, our booking agents are happy to help.
- To make the booking process faster, please contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or SMS if we don’t respond via email, especially for last-minute bookings. When booking by email, keep in mind that we might need up to 12 hours to confirm your reservation because of the high number of email bookings. Please provide all the necessary information, such as your phone number, email address, hotel name, room number, or full address (including ZIP code, street name and number, flat, etc.), so we can avoid any delays caused by missing details. You can share all the details you want because we promise not to share any of them with third parties.
- If your booking is made more than 4 hours in advance and with a notice of 7 days or more, we might ask for a safety deposit, which will be taken from the final amount you agree to pay. This deposit is meant to show your commitment to the time and preparation needed for the meeting, as well as the time our operator needs to make the arrangements. The deposit can be paid via bank transfer, among other methods. Remember, you can cancel your reservation for free if you give at least 2 hours’ notice before the booked time. If you cancel with 2 hours’ notice, the safety deposit will be returned. However, if you cancel less than 2 hours before the booked time, the deposit will not be returned.
